Complete planning and co-ordination
The complete wedding/event planning and co-ordination service allows you to relax knowing that everything to do with your celebration is being managed for you. When we plan and co-ordinate a wedding or other occasion for our clients, they trust us to take care of all the details.

Key elements of our service include:

• an initial consultation with Clare to discuss what you want for
  your wedding or event and to agree your budget
• finding and co-ordinating with suppliers, such as florists,
  photographers, cake makers, caterers, entertainment, etc
• helping you find a suitable venue, and ensuring that everything
  you and your guests need is provided on the day
• advising on a themed wedding or event
• reviewing current trends and suggesting creative ways to make
  your event even more special
• sending out invitations and collecting responses
• collecting hire suits (if applicable) – and making sure they
  are returned afterwards
• being there at your event to handle any last-minute
  difficulties
• taking care of your presents (where relevant), and sending
  out thank-you notes to your guests
• managing the supplier invoices and advising you of final costs

Beyond that there are many other things we can do on your behalf, or advise you on. For example, for a wedding, we can help you choose a dress or outfit that perfectly suits you and co-ordinates with the rest of your wedding. Just tell us what you would like us to do for you.

‘On the day’ co-ordination
If you have made all the arrangements yourself, but want someone on hand to make sure everything runs smoothly on the day, we can co-ordinate suppliers and the run of events. When Clare meets you to take your brief, she will familiarise herself with your plans, and then make them work for you.

Finding suppliers
If you are planning your occasion yourself you’ll need to find a venue and a number of suppliers. Clare Beckwith will know of many possible venues and has built up relationships with trusted suppliers, so we can save you time and energy, and could also save you money.

Choosing a wedding dress or outfit
Clare can arrange appointments with wedding dress designers and accompany you to help you choose your dress. It’s always nice to have an independent, second opinion and we will help you choose a stylish dress that suits you.
